Dr. April sees her patient and has her remove her clothes to put on the medical gown (which has quite a draft through the backside). Margaret is weighed, has her heart checked and gets a breast exam. Then she lays down on the geurney and spreads her legs so Dr. April can insert the speculum for a pap smear. The physical is finished with an anal probe and thermometer in her ass!
